DIET: Have a balanced diet. Do not completly ban sweets and fatty foods take it balanced. Consume more foods which are rich in protein such as chicken, fish, dairy foods, nuts etc. These also have anti ageing properties and reduces stress. These will boost your energy and help your skin glow.

BE POSITIVE: What we think and feel has a direct effect on our looks. Think positive and ignore the negative elements of your life. MAKING LOVE: You should indulge in making love with your partner atleast one a week as it not only releases edorphins but is also very relaxing and soothing.
