Each one of us dreams to have a skin which is perfect in all ways and glowing. And to achieve this we go on applying various beauty products. But the glow and beauty which you get from applying the creams is always temporary and one should always go for something which lasts longer. 

I would suggest you all don't completely depend on your beauty products instead make some changes in your habits, your daily routine and lifestyle, the result of which will reflect on your skin and will be much more long lasting.

BREATHE DEEPLY:  One should include some deep breathing exercises twice a day. It improves our oxygen intake and also is the best de stressing technique.

KEEP MOVING: Include atleast 10 to 15 min excrcise in your daily routine as it not only helps to keep you fit but also releases all the tension. Exercise can be in the form of walking, jogging or even swimming.

DIET: Have a balanced diet. Do not completly ban sweets and fatty foods take it balanced. Consume more foods which are rich in protein such as chicken, fish, dairy foods, nuts etc. These also have anti ageing properties and reduces stress. These will boost your energy and help your skin glow.

BE POSITIVE: What we think and feel has a direct effect on our looks. Think positive and ignore the negative elements of your life. One most effective way to grow positive is to make a note of everything you are grateful to your life and slowly you will see the list increasing each day. So try and be positive . A happy mind makes a happy body.

MAKING LOVE: You should indulge in making love with your partner atleast one a week as it not only releases edorphins but is also very relaxing and soothing. 

SLEEP WELL: Sleep gives our skin cells enough time to rejuvenate also is a stress buster and gives relief from exhaustion. So have a nice sleep and feel its effect on your skin.
