Mix honey and sugar in equal parts and just exfoliate then rinse or simply lick your lips. It works great for dry lips.

Use a soft toothbrush to softly buff your lips to remove the deposit of dead cells that causes more drying and flaking.

Women should wear lipstick with sunscreen, to prevent pigmentation from Ultra Violet radiation and prevent drying of lips. 

Mix 2 teaspoon coconut oil, lemon juice, 3 drops of lemon oil and 1 teaspoon bee wax and warm. When melted, pour into a glass jar. Use this solution to moisturize your lips and get rid of dry lips.

Products, which include ingredients such as cocoa butter or Shea butter and vitamin E, are good sources of moisture.
