Massage sesame oil on face and leave it overnight. It treats dry skin.

Make a paste of garlic and sesame oil. Rub it on the back to cure backache.

Soak sesame seeds overnight. Next morning form a paste by grinding it. Mix this paste and a little of jaggery to milk. This milk should be given to patients suffering from anaemia.

Mix sesame seed oil with olive oil and almond oil. Apply it on your skin and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it off with warm water using gram flour. It helps to get rid of sunburns.

Add sesame oil and a tablespoon of honey in a cup of warm water. It cures constipation.

Sesame oil can be used for foot massage to cure dead skin.

Applying sesame oil also treats diaper rash.



Soak sesame seeds in water overnight. Then take a tablespoon of these seeds with water the next morning. It helps to cure joint pains.

Sesame oil can also be used as nasal drops for treating nasal congestion and sinusitis.

Cook some cloves of garlic in sesame oil. Massage it on the chest to get relief from chest congestion
