Diet For Glowing Skin




External care is not the only factor to be considered for skin care. Internal care i.e proper diet also plays an equally important role for a perfect glowing skin. 

Let's have a look on a proper skin diet.

At least three ounces of whole grain breads and cereals should be consumed.

Foods rich in calcium must be included in our diet.

Adequate supply of vitamin B complex, vitamin A, vitamin C, iodine and protein provides a smooth and supple skin.



Hazelnuts, almonds are high in vitamin E and promotes great skin.

Include fish in your regular diet. It contains oil that nourishes skin, adds lustre and softness to our complexion.

Dark green vegetables and orange fruits also makes the skin glow, so dont forget to include these fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Carrots are high in vitamin A. Its intake is very good for dull and dry skin as it helps in making skin glow.

Tomatoes should also be added in regular diet as it also helps in glowing skin.
