Make a soup of carrots and drink it twice a day to cure loose motions.

Carrot is a rich source of Vitamin C, which helps in quick healing of wounds. So include carrot in your daily diet and specially for people having injuries.

Boil the carrots and mash them to form a paste. Then add honey and few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it as a face pack all over the face and neck region. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then was it off. It gives a smooth and a younger looking skin.

Drink carrot juice daily. It is good for eyesight.

Apply carrot juice on the pimples. leave it for some time and then wash it off. Do it daily to cure pimples.




Warm carrot juice and put a few drops in nostrils. It gives relief from nasal congestion.

Carrot juice should be taken twice a day inorder to treat worms.

Carrot being a rich source of vitamin C also increases immunity system of the body.

Carrot also contains Carotenoids which helps to maintain blood sugar level. Hence carrot is beneficial for diabetes.
