Instant Home Remedies For Low Immunity




Everyday in the morning have a glass of lukewarm water mixed with some drops of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey to boost your low immunity.

Boil two cups of water with 1 tsp. echinacea root, ½ tsp. chamomile leaves, ½ tsp. shizandra berries and ½ tsp. peppermint leaves. Boil it for about 15 minutes. Strain this mixture. Drink this everyday to cure low immunity.

In a glass of hot milk add 2 tbsp ashwagandha powder and mix it well. Drink twice every day for a month. It will help you in treating low immunity problems.

Drink atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water. It flushes out all the toxins and boosts the immune system.

Vitamins found in green leafy vegetables are well known to boost low immunity. Hence add green leafy vegetables in your daily diet.

Drink green tea. It is also a very good home remedy to increase low immunity.



Herbs such as Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Guduchi, Gokshura, Aamlaki and Shilajit are considered as good immunity booster. Take it in any form. Making a herbal tea would be a better option for intake of these herbs.

Eat papaya everyday to boost your immune system.

Ginger and garlic help a lot to improve immunity power.Eat these two ingredients in any form, like in regular cooking or eat it raw.
